Terms & Conditions — ubaje Betting & Casino Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ubaje", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ubaje platform, operated at https://ubaje.io, and its authorised operators.
• "Platform" means the ubaje website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, products, and features accessible at ubaje.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ubaje Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, match bonuses, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by ubaje.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed by a Player on any game or sports market offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ubaje before processing withdrawals or fulfilling bonus claims.
• "Taka" or ৳ refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the ubaje Platform.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all ubaje operations and communications.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the ubaje Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ubaje with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2.3 If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. However, ubaje accounts are personal in nature and may not be used for commercial or organisational purposes.

2.4 ubaje reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 13 for our amendments procedure.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use any service on the ubaje Platform. By registering, you warrant that you are aged 21 or above. ubaje enforces a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification checks as part of the KYC process.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility: The ubaje Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with any laws or regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. ubaje makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction outside its intended market.

3.3 Mental Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who lack legal capacity, are under a court-imposed restriction, or are registered as self-excluded from gambling may not create or use an Account.

3.4 Employee Restriction: Employees of ubaje, its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold a player Account or participate in wagering activities on the Platform.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on ubaje. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings held therein.

4.2 Accurate Information: When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number or email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 KYC Verification: ubaje reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. This may include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ubaje may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

4.4 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ubaje will not be responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security measures.

4.5 Account Updates: You are required to keep your Account information up to date. Notify ubaje promptly at support@ubaje.io of any change to your registered name, address, mobile number, or payment details.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods: ubaje currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. ubaje reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Currency: All transactions on the ubaje Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ubaje does not charge currency conversion fees on Taka transactions. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.

5.3 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. ubaje reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotional periods.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. ubaje requires completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but ubaje aims to process all requests within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of approval, subject to verification requirements.

5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. See Section 6 for full details of bonus conditions.

5.6 Refusal of Transactions: ubaje reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where ubaje has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5.7 Account Closure & Remaining Balance: Upon closure of your Account (whether initiated by you or by ubaje), any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 ubaje may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotions to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Eligibility: ubaje reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have been found to engage in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other form of promotional exploitation will be excluded from all current and future promotions and may have their Accounts suspended.

6.4 Time Limits: All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to an expiry date. Bonus funds that have not been used or for which wagering requirements have not been met within the specified period will be automatically forfeited without notice.

6.5 ubaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, the Player's existing wagering progress will be respected up to the point of withdrawal.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets: All bets placed on the ubaje Platform are subject to acceptance by ubaje. ubaje reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has commenced, where obvious pricing errors have occurred, or where ubaje has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

7.2 Void Bets: A bet will be declared void and the stake returned where the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or where ubaje determines that a pricing or technical error has materially affected the bet.

7.3 Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the ICC for international T20 fixtures). In the event of a dispute, ubaje's decision on settlement shall be final.

7.4 In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid change. ubaje uses automated and manual risk management processes and may suspend, limit, or close markets at any time. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension are honoured at the odds stated at the time of acceptance.

7.5 Casino & Slots Games: All casino and slot games offered on the ubaje Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game results are final and cannot be reversed except in the case of a verifiable technical malfunction.

7.6 Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a server failure, disconnection, or game malfunction, ubaje will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the game state and restore any affected balance. Where full reconstruction is not possible, ubaje reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ubaje Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity through the Platform.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions, including through matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ubaje staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

8.2 ubaje employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any Player identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended pending investigation. ubaje reserves the right to share information with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions where required.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 ubaje is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, Players are encouraged to use the tools available on the Platform or contact our support team immediately.

9.2 Available Tools: ubaje provides the following responsible gaming features to all Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the ubaje Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, and the compilation thereof, is the property of ubaje or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

10.3 The ubaje name, logo, and all associated brand marks are the exclusive property of ubaje. Unauthorised use of ubaje's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ubaje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 ubaje's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of your Account Balance at the time the claim arises.

11.3 ubaje does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ubaje's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. ubaje will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

11.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. ubaje is not responsible for any financial loss you incur as a result of gambling on the Platform, provided that ubaje has operated the Platform fairly and in accordance with these Terms.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

12.1 ubaje collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 ubaje will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to provide, secure, and improve the ubaje Platform and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

12.3 ubaje retains account data for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of account closure in order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and record-keeping requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 ubaje reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ubaje will notify registered Players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address urgent security concerns.

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support@ubaje.io.

13.3 The version of these Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall be the version applicable to that dispute.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ubaje Platform. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be referred to ubaje's customer support team for attempted resolution.

14.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

14.3 For the avoidance of doubt, ubaje's decision on the settlement of any bet or the outcome of any game is final and not subject to external arbitration.
